PRE-ORDER:
Pre-orders are not ready to ship at the time of purchase. The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the product description. On average, pre-orders take about 3 – 6 weeks to ship.

Standard Refunds:
We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. If there’s an issue with your order, you must email us within 1 – 6 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and a brief description of the issue. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached.

We do not accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind.

Pre-order cancellation:
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before production begins by emailing getmaybury@gmail.com with your order number.

Once production has started, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded, even if they haven’t shipped yet.

Sorry:
Once an item is gone, it’s gone forever.
